The 2025 Best Jobs rankings expanded upon the collection of jobs that were considered for the 2024 rankings, which included jobs with the largest number and percentage of projected openings from 2023 to 2033 as determined by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Workers tend to prefer higher salaries, ample job opportunities, and avenues for promotion. These characteristics and more are used to calculate the 2025 rankings.
